Clients are required to provide a minimum of one week’s notice for cancellation to be eligible for a refund according to the policies outlined herein. Rescheduling is permitted with 24-hour notice before the initial drop-off, subject to availability. The initial deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to rescheduled sessions.
The Client agrees to release and hold harmless the Company and its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for injury, loss, or damage related to the training services, except incases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Company.
The Client grants the Company permission to use photographs or video recordings of the Dog and/or Client for promotional purposes without compensation.
